RSM McGladrey has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations of all sizes - from international organizations to state chapters. Our consultants help clients with the selection and implementation of industry-specific CRM systems such as iMIS.

Advanced Solutions International’s iMIS software, which was developed in 1991 for trade and professional associations as a CRM system with financial capabilities, is widely used by membership-based, fund-raising and other nonprofit organizations. It is also rapidly making inroads in commercial markets such as franchisers, magazine publishers, trade show management companies, software developers and other commercial organizations that need to manage and provide services to a community of customers.

As ASI’s 2002 Authorized iMIS Solution Provider of the Year, RSM McGladrey is one of the largest Authorized iMIS Solution Providers (AiSP) in the country. As denoted by our Platinum status, we have extensive experience in assisting organizations to implement and support iMIS. We support more than 100 iMIS clients nationwide, with sizes ranging from a staff of one to hundreds of employees.

In addition to being named AiSP Provider of the Year, RSM McGladrey has received many awards from ASI, including iMIS for MSSQL AiSP of the Year, Innovative Solutions Award and ASI Chairman’s Circle.

Our consultants are authorized on all of the iMIS offerings, and have received recognition for our technical expertise in e-Series, iMIS Business Objects (iBO) and Xtender. We have several ongoing support plans available, all including help desk packages with a toll free number. We also offer training in all aspects of iMIS, which can be arranged onsite or in one of our classrooms.
