Manufacturing Institute names RSM McGladreys Tom Murphy to board of trustees
March 13, 2007 – Tom Murphy,executive vice president-manufacturing and distribution, recently was electedto the board of trustees of The Manufacturing Institute, the research andeducation arm of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), America’slargest broad-based industrial trade association.
“Being named a trustee toThe Manufacturing Institute is a great honor and allows us to work closely witha small group of senior-level executives from across the nation on behalf themanufacturing industry,” says Murphy. “This will put us on the leading edge ofresearch that’s focused on making U.S. manufacturers morecompetitive.
