Experience
Shaun Buckley is a director with the national transaction support services practice in the Dallas, Texas, office. With almost 25 years of experience, he has served organizations across a broad range of industries and has assisted both strategic and private equity clients with acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. His experience includes deal process management, financial due diligence, financial structuring, consultation regarding transaction documents, and closing and post-closing services.
Prior to joining RSM McGladrey, Buckley worked 22 years for Deloitte & Touche, including eight years as a partner primarily providing merger and acquisition services in the firm’s National M&A Services Group. He gained significant experience serving private equity groups and middle-market and Fortune 500-sized public and private clients. Prior to this role, Buckley served clients in Deloitte & Touche’s audit practice.
