Experience
Peter Rasmussen is a managing director with the national transaction support services practice in the Upper Midwest region. Located in Minneapolis, Minn., he has a broad base of knowledge, including experience in both public accounting and private industry with companies ranging from startup to middle market in the service, wholesale, retail, construction and manufacturing segments. In particular, clients may leverage his extensive understanding of financing, operational accounting, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and general management.
Prior to this capacity, Rasmussen was chief financial officer and board member for a group of manufacturing companies, marketing to industrial, OEM and consumer markets. In this position, he had fiduciary responsibilities for general management, business financing, international supplier contract negotiations, shareholder and corporate tax issues, information technology operations, and financial reporting.
