Experience
Milton Marcotte is a managing director with the national transaction support services practice in the Texas region. He focuses exclusively on providing transaction services to private equity groups, and domestic and international corporate acquirers. Marcotte frequently assists clients in seller due diligence preparation, determining profitability for products and customers, accounting department performance improvement, and executing growth strategies.

Within the firm, Marcotte works with the manufacturing industry group. He conducts training courses and speaks on a variety of topics focused in transaction services, and profit and performance enhancement areas. Marcotte’s projects and areas of expertise include:
