Financial education and information, literacy and governance have never been as important as they are today. The interaction and working relationship between audit committee members, CEOs and CFOs and their relationships with independent accountants are extremely important. This seminar will highlight the key items of this interaction and also provide an update on what is changing with the SEC and PCAOB.

Registration is required and seating will be limited to enhance peer interaction. As our invited guest, there is no charge for this event.
