The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), National Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA), and National Association of Black Accountants(NABA) are the pre-eminent membership organizations whose mission is best aligned with our profession, minority employees and the needs of our firm.

The ALPFA and NABA organization have a combined professional and student membership of approximately 25,000 and NAASA, newly formed in 2005, has established chapters in Chicago, Los Angeles,New York and Washington, DC.

Our commitment to these organizations includes partner level sponsorship of their annual conventions,the NABA regional conferences, advertising in all of their publications and Websites. Wendy Terry, a partner with McGladrey & Pullen, continues to provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) instruction at their conventions. And to our employees, we encourage their participation and we support their membership and activity for the many benefits.
