As You Begin Your Career
We want you to jump right in, gaining as much experience as possible, as quickly as possible.
Your first week
You will be assigned a new-hire advisor to help you answer the general questions
that go along with starting a new job. You will also be assigned a performance
advisor whom you can refer to for technical consultation as you navigate the
learning curve.
Your first week will contain
a great deal of orientation to the firm and your particular office location, technology
and its use in your particular service line, and to the general “how-to’s” that
are naturally expected when you join a new organization. Throughout your first few weeks, you will
also begin to work as a fully functioning team member in your service line.
Expectations
You will be provided with assignments that expose you to client personnel and different
industries such as manufacturing, health care or financial services. Responsibilities
of staff members can vary from office to office depending on the needs of our
clients and industries in those demographic areas. Travel can be expected to
serve clients although the amount of travel will vary based on a number of
client-specific criteria.
