Empowering Individuals – Providing environment, tools and skill development for individuals to take responsibility for both individual business results and personal WorkLife effectiveness through personal decision-making and structuring work effectively.

Performance – Assuring account ability for WorkLife Integration by aligning evaluation, career development, promotion and recognition systems; these systems communicate the firm’s values and should reinforce that people are rewarded for results delivery, not just long hours.

Business – Continually measuring and evaluating the impact of WorkLife Integration on employee effectiveness and business results.
