Most people will jump at the chance to do recruiting. We have learned over time that success with diversity outreach and recruiting benefits from people with a special interest and passion for the issue.

Our Ambassadors understand the value of workforce diversity as a competitive advantage in achieving growth and in building a reputation as employer of choice.  At the same time, they gave us access to employees with a passion and a representation from all communities of people, race and gender, responsibility levels, function and markets throughout the US.

Many of them were called onto support our recruiting efforts and did so to include campus recruiting,attending conferences and conventions, and career events focused on experienced women, and other events. 

We are proud of their interest and commitment to supporting our diversity goals.
