REFA Education Seminar Sponsorship
We sponsored the Greater Boston Real Estate Finance Association (REFA)’s education seminar, “The Capital Behind Today’s Affordable Housing.”  This seminar reviewed upcoming legislation changes and trends in the affordable housing industry. Bert Rodiger, Director of Real Estate Consulting, sits on the board of REFA, is the co-chair of their education committee, and introduced the speakers as MC of the event.

409A Breakfast Seminar
Jim Byman and Mark Leicester presented at a 409A (newly released IRS regulations) seminar on valuations, stock options and grants.  The breakfast event was sponsored in conjunction with Mirus Capital Advisors, McDermott Will & Emery, and Tatum, LLC .

FEI, Managing Asian Risk Seminar
Jim Byman was one of four panelists at a Financial Executives International (FEI) meeting.  He discussed financial reporting standards in Asia and how they compare to International Standards.
