Executive Managing Director, Florida Practice

Frank T. Compianiis the Partner in Charge of RSM McGladrey’s Florida practice.  In this capacity, Mr. Compiani oversees theoperations of a growing practice with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Melbourne,Miami (Coral Gables),Naples, West Palm Beach,and Titusville.

Mr. Compiani hasmore than 28 years of experience providing audit, accounting, and otherfinancial services to businesses and individuals.  His industry experience includes Real Estate,Hotels and Resorts, Manufacturing and Distribution, Not-for-ProfitOrganizations, and numerous types of service organizations.  He also serves as a concurring reviewer forthe Firm.

Leading byexample, Mr. Compiani encourages strong ties within the community.  He devotes significant time to a variety oforganizations that work to improve the Floridacommunity in its business and social development.  A sampling of those organizations includes:Artigras, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Communities inSchools of Palm Beach County, Community and Education Partnership, EconomicCouncil of Palm Beach, Half-Cent Sales Tax Oversight Committee, North PalmBeach County Chamber of Commerce, North Palm Beach County Political Action Committee,Palm Beach County Education Commission, and the Child Development Center, Inc.

Mr. Compiani’s strongleadership have been recognized by several external organizations in a varietyof forms, including The Community in Schools of Palm Beach County ChildAdvocacy Award in 2002 for “Volunteer of the Year” for his service anddedication to the organization, the Athena Award in 2002 awarded to Mr.Compiani and the Florida practice for the unit’s practices centered on theadvancement of women in the workplace, and the 2005 Henry W. Bloch NationalAward for Outstanding Community Service.

Mr. Compiani is aCertified Public Accounting and has earned both a Bachelor of Science inAccounting from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administrationfrom Pace University.
