Summary of Experience
Bob Gerardi leads
Information Technology and business process improvement for the firm. His
responsibilities include datacenter operations, network systems infrastructure
and support, software development, information risk management, systems
architecture and engineering, total quality management, business continuity
operations and Information Technology strategy.
Gerardi has been serving as
the firm’s Chief Business Process and Technology Officer since March 2008.
Previously, Gerardi served
as Senior Vice President of total quality management, leading the firm’s
efforts on six-sigma based management processes and introducing the balanced
scorecard as an enabler for managing for results.
Gerardi also has served as
chief of staff for the corporate marketing organization, leading the focus on
efficiency and effectiveness of marketing resource allocation and return on
marketing investment.
Prior to joining RSM
McGladrey in April 2006, Gerardi led brand operations at Duke Energy, a Fortune
500 company. He also spent eight years in various senior-level marketing,
business strategy and product development positions with Xerox and six years as
a systems engineering manager with General Electric.
Education
Gerardi
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester
Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in
product development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
