Chief Enterprise Services Officer

Summary of experience
Mike Kirley leads the enterprise services group for RSM McGladrey. He is responsible for the strategy and profitable growth of the company’s global portfolio of client services, including tax, accounting, consulting, wealth management and retirement resources.

In this role, Kirley also is responsible for merger and acquisition planning, product development, third-party partnerships, and client service delivery strategy. He also has responsibility for RSM McGladrey’s strategic alignment with McGladrey & Pullen.

Previously, Kirley served as chief operating officer and senior vice president of client service. He also served as executive vice president of RSM McGladrey’s financial institution practice, where he was responsible for direction, assistance and support to the organization’s locations that served more than 1,200 financial institutions nationwide.

Prior to joining McGladrey & Pullen in 1991, Kirley worked as a business and tax advisor to manufacturers and financial institutions.

Education
A graduate of Drake University, Kirley received his bachelor’s degree in economics in 1974.
